seg\u00fcents\u00a0pautes: <\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Pels seguidors dels llibres sobre l'Alzheimer<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p><p class=\"translation-block\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-size: large\"><b>\u2013 Escoltar <\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: large\">d'una manera amorosa i una atenci\u00f3 total a la persona, respectant els seus sentiments i emocions i observant els seus ulls i l'expressi\u00f3 facial que s\u00f3n el reflex de l'\u00e0nima<\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\"translation-block\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">- Ajudant-la a <\/span><span style=\"font-size: large\"><b>relaxar-se:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\"translation-block\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">\u00a0* Amb <\/span><span style=\"font-size: large\"><b>t\u00e8cniques de respiraci\u00f3 conscient<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\"translation-block\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">* Amb <\/span><span style=\"font-size: large\"><b>t\u00e8cniques de meditaci\u00f3,<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: large\"> comen\u00e7ar amb uns minuts perqu\u00e8 es senti c\u00f2moda, i augmentar gradualment el temps.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: large; color: #000000;\">* Pr\u00e0ctiques relaxants per treballar el cos: hatha ioga, etc.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"translation-block\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">* Ajudant-la a <\/span><span style=\"font-size: large\"><b>crear una disciplina: <\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: large\"> temps d\u2019aixecar-se  empolainar-se, respirar, meditar.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\"translation-block\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">\u2013 Un cop la ment de la persona hagi assolit un bon nivell de relaxaci\u00f3 adequada comen\u00e7ar\u00e0 a\u00a0observar la situaci\u00f3 per la que passa des d'un altre <\/span><span style=\"font-size: large\"><b>prisma, <\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: large\">la qual cosa el portar\u00e0 a adonar-se que possiblement te reaccions m\u00e9s positives de les que pensava, i aix\u00f2 l\u2019ajudar\u00e0 a\u00a0augmentar la seva<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large\"><b> autoestima<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: large\">\u00a0i, al mateix temps, s\u2019adonar\u00e0 del qu\u00e8 necessita millorar. Potser aquestes observacions no les havia tingut en compte abans de manera ordenada, conscient i reflexiva<\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\"translation-block\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">A partir d'aquest moment la persona estar\u00e0 preparada per poder\u00a0treballar les\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-size: large\"><b><\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: large\"><b>seves\u00a0emocions <\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: large\">\u00a0sense involucrar-se i convertir la seva situaci\u00f3 en una oportunitat per avan\u00e7ar com a \u00e9sser hum\u00e0<\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\"translation-block\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">\u2013 La persona ser\u00e0 capa\u00e7\u00a0d'adonar-se del qu\u00e8 realment  <\/span><span style=\"font-size: large\"><b>li passa:<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-size: large\"> quins s\u00f3n els seus valors i quins aspectes del seu comportament s\u00f3n millorables, i aix\u00f2 ho aconseguir\u00e0 quan pugui:<\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\"translation-block\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-size: large\">* Observar la situaci\u00f3 per la qual est\u00e0 passant sense involucrar-se, des de la perspectiva de <strong>l'observador,<\/strong> <\/span><span style=\"font-size: large\">sense inquietud,\u00a0de manera que, poc a poc, aprendr\u00e0 a adonar-se del qu\u00e8 li passa, ja que ho  haur\u00e0 reconegut i acceptat.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: large; color: #000000;\">Arribat a aquest punt, estar\u00e0 preparada per comen\u00e7ar a gaudir de la seva situaci\u00f3 i fluir amb el que vingui, confiant que tot el que li passi ser\u00e0 per a millor. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: large;
